No!

The amount of lime recommended on our soil report is the total amount of lime required to fully correct and balance your soil fertility. In a loamy soil, lime may only be needed again after 4 or 5 years. In sandy soils, annual applications of smaller amounts of lime may be needed.

Always soil test before applying lime.
