What quantity should I send for analysis?

The following amount of samples are required by our laboratory for analysis:

Soil - 500 g per sample (moist) or 200 g per sample (dry)

Leaf - 25-30 leaves per sample (50 g per sample)

Nematodes - 500 g per sample of MOIST soil

Water - 0.5 liter (500 ml) 

Effluent water - 1 liter

Fertilizer - 200 g per sample

Compost/Manure - 500 g per sample

Animal Feed - 500 g per sample
