Does your soil test tell me what crop I should grow?
It is very important to understand that our service IS NOT A CROP SUITABILITY SERVICE. The way our service works is that farmers send us soil samples and tell us which crop they wish to grow and then we give them the necessary soil improvement and fertilizer recommendations based on the soil analysis.
It is the full responsibility of the client to carry out to indicate which crop is to be grown. It is this crop that we shall give recommendations for.
If required, we can also carry out Crop Suitability study, which requires for us to come to site and carry out a detailed soil mapping survey, water quality study, combined with altitude, climatic & environmental data.
